From the North coast I head south through the mountains and Great Lakes.
A little walking to Liffey falls. To get to the start of the walk meant a 30 min drive on gravel roads. My white car is now brown.
A hike back to a ‘big’ tree.
Then a walk on the higher plateau with the Pencil Pines.
One last night in Hobart
Gave the, very dirty, car back so now I am backpacking.
Bus to Devonport for the ferry via Launceston (pronounced ‘Lawn chest on’ here🤔)
A very early ferry. At least they have dress standards… if not time keeping standards
