I was sad to leave Port Campbell. However, it was not for the live music playing in the bar on Saturday night.

Because there was no bus this day I had an early start hitching. Got picked up by an old dairy farmer on the way to a sale. He was keen to show me the sights and stopped for me to take photos, really kind.

I reach Warrnambool in time to catch the bus to Mt Gambia, crossing into South Australia and gaining half an hour. Pleased with my progress that day I decided to stay in the second biggest city in South Australia, population the size of Barnstaple.

Town was very very quite with little to see so started to take pictures of houses. Amazing what you can with corrugated iron roofs.

Just looking over the rose garden (yes it was that quiet)

When a distant Sunday afternoon noise drew me in…..

And finally the walk back to my hotel brought me back to my life before coming out to Oz.
